Delivery & Returns
We aim to make shopping on nolki.com easy. This page describes how we operate shipping and returns for our products. If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help.
All deliveries from nolki.com are made by a third party courier and may require a signature. It may be more convenient to you to provide a work address to ensure your order can be delivered when scheduled.
Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number at the email address you provided in your order. Deliveries within the UK usually arrive within 1-2 working days of despatch. Deliveries to Ireland and Europe can take 3-5 working days and international orders can take 5-7 working days from despatch. Please note these times are estimates and may differ during busy periods.
If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, the courier will arrange a re-delivery. If re-delivery is attempted without success on two further occasions, the goods will be returned and your order will be cancelled.
If your delivery address is outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance, Nolki Limited cannot be held responsible for these charges.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to cancel the order. We will usually be able to cancel if you contact us quickly, but will be unable to do so if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Unfortunately parcels may go missing in transit. If you have not received your delivery within 7 days of ordering please contact us at email@example.com. We will investigate the problem with our carriers.
We understand that you may want to return items that are not suitable or faulty. You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all labels and tags.
Items will be refunded providing that you have not used the item; it should be in the same condition and packaging it was in when you first purchased it. Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us in original condition.
Unfortunately, shipping costs and import duties are non refundable and we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will help replace or refund the item.
Please send the parcel via a signed for service, please keep receipt for proof of postage. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returned item more than 14 days after the date of purchase.
